Both options work off a similar frame mounted platform that features an over built steel design with raised sides for the ultimate protection and greatest ground clearance. All Classic Rear Bumpers also feature a reinforced Hitch box that is designed for off road accessories (not designed for towing). The heavy duty rear tire carrier model mounts your tire off the rear bumper taking the load off your tailgate. With a reinforced grease fitting and special latching mechanism, this tire carrier is capable of holding up to a 35” oversized tire.

It pivots on a large 1.5” welded, solid steel shaft pin which rises from the bumper into the carrier frame. Structural t-joint welds (vs. corner welds) ensures long, trouble-free operation.
