Xtreme Heavy Duty (XHD) Bumper Systems

XHD Front Bumper System

No other Bumper can give your JK this many looks. Modular design provides dozens of different looks and styles. You can build the exact bumper of your choice!  Custom designed for the 2007-08 Jeep^® Wrangler, each component maximizes the oversized look of the vehicle. All components are constructed of heavy duty textured black powder coat painted steel with a tough E-coat under-coating. This tough finish will provide years of heavy duty use.

The Short Base attaches quickly to the frame with two enclosed D-Ring mounting brackets. This four bolt frame mount design provides the toughest bumper attachment found anywhere while creating two overbuilt pull points. This bumper mounts close in on the frame rails, drawing the bumper closer to the body and increasing the approach angle. The narrow overall width gives enormous clearance for the front tires. Each Short Base includes two protected cut outs for your JK’s factory fog lamps. Built in euro-guards protect the fog lamps from the elements while creating an easy mount point. Each Short Base includes side filler plates to close off the ends for a finished look.

Add on a durable .120 wall tubular RRC mount, Stinger or Hoop Overrider to create the ultimate offroad bumper. These are some tough tubes! The Stinger and RRC mounts use a unique D-ring attachment so you will need separate optional D-rings. The enclosed HD D-rings on the short base will not be used with these two tubular options.

XHD Rear Bumper System

Make the most of your rear bumper with our XHD Rear Bumper System. Features easy installation, amazing looks and two reinforced heavy duty D-Ring attachment points. Special “inner mounting plate” provides an extremely secure mounting point - strong enough for offroad use! The two-piece design allows use with and without tire carrier options. Heavy duty powdercoated steel design looks great but is extremely tough. Mount on the optional Tire Carrier and you can hold up to a 35” tire.

The mounting bracket is the basis of the rear bumper’s ability to be installed the way YOU want it.  D-rings attach securely to the frame of the vehicle for a rock solid recovery mounting point.

The perfect addition to the XHD rear bumper is the matching XHD Tire Carrier Mount. The latch uses a door handle mechanism for durability and a great matching appearance. The massive hinge supports up to a 35” tire and has a locking pin to keep the arm in place on the even steepest grade.

This bag allows the storage of all your recovery gear between the A-frame uprights on your rear tire carrier and in the process, helping to free up valuable space inside your Jeep®. The bag is constructed of a weather resistant material and features a zipper flap to help protect your gear from the environment. Each bag attaches easily with four heavy duty nylon straps that allow for quick removal and transport using the attached grab handle. When attached to the tire carrier simply swing open to reveal the easy access zipper designed for quick removal and replacement of your recovery gear.
