Body kits, body tubs, body parts (hoods, side and floor panels…etc.) & hard tops are sold “AS IS”. This type of merchandise cannot be returned for credit without prior written approval.  All freight issues “MUST” be handled with the freight carriers directly and are the buyers responsibility. We will be glad to use your selected carrier (Freight collect only) if you prefer instead of our normal carrier. Credit will not be issued for Merchandise or freight charges if shipment is refused.  Title to merchandise passes to buyer when it leaves shipping warehouse Location.
